The most beautiful hiking trails start directly from our Lodge.

The area has ideal cycling opportunities and beautiful walking routes that are suitable for young and old; but there is also enough challenge for the experienced walker!

For cooling off in the summer you can go to the swimming pool in our village or take a refreshing dip in one of the numerous lakes (including Weissensee and Pressegersee). Don't forget paddling in the Gössering...

In winter there are cross-country trails, Weissbriach has a small but nice ski area with ski school and ski rental and Nassfeld, one of the top 10 ski areas in Austria, is only a 20-minute drive away. But don't forget your ice-skates, because in winter the Weissensee is the largest, frozen and prepared natural ice surface in Europe. Every year in January, the alternative Elfstedentocht is skated here.

In short, as a travel destination it is a paradise for sporting activities, but certainly also for rest.

Weißbriach itself is a small village with sufficient facilities such as various restaurants (also vegan), cafes, bakery and a supermarket.
